Berik Sabdenaliyev joined Suleyman Demirel University (SDU) in 2010 as a teacher assistant. After earning his Master's degree in 2011, he advanced to the position of senior lecturer. Since 2018, he has been serving as the Dean of the Business School. His research interests lie in human resources management and organizational behavior.
