Ainur Abdrazakova has more than 20 years of teaching experience in higher education both in Kazakhstan and abroad. She joined SDU University as a Head of «Economics and Business» Department and Assistant Professor in 2023. Dr. Abdrazakova’s research interests include Educational Leadership, HRM, Cost-benefit analysis, and Institutional Memory among others.
