Located in Dushanbe, IUTET is a leading higher education institution specializing in tourism, entrepreneurship, economics, and international hospitality. The university trains specialists in tourism, the green economy, sustainable development, and global business through undergraduate, graduate, and distance learning programs. IUTET comprises three institutes and four faculties, as well as regional branches in Khujand, Dangara, and Levakant. It also includes colleges and vocational lyceums preparing mid-level professionals for Tajikistan’s economy.

The university is deeply involved in research through its two institutes: the Research Institute of Green Economy and the Research Institute of Tourism and Entrepreneurship.
