Nina Lozinschi is an esteemed gender equality, discrimination, and gender justice trainer, recognized for her expertise in gender-related subjects and anti-discrimination initiatives. She provides specialized training within the defense and security sectors, enhancing gender sensitivity and inclusivity. Since 2017 she is working as Program Manager in the frame of Gender-Centru.
Nina Lozinschi, has been in the role of General Secretary at the Gender Equality Platform since 2015, oversees this non-formal network, which brings together 52 NGOs and individuals. Experienced in creating and utilizing participatory tools that involve communities in project planning and decision-making, promoting empowerment and empowerment. Her expertise covers gender issues in various sectors, particularly in addressing gender disparities in the security sector. She also excels in coordinating and promoting cross-sectoral collaboration between public authorities, civil society and other stakeholders to promote Women, Peace and Security (WPS) resolutions in Moldova.
Since 2022, she has co-chaired the Gender Task Force in response to the humanitarian crisis in Moldova resulting from the war in Ukraine. Representing Gender-Centru within the GNWP global network since 2018, Nina actively participates in regional conferences, showcasing Moldova's experience. She excels in developing participatory tools to involve communities in project planning and decision-making, fostering a sense of ownership and empowerment.
